how can I pay for sessions?

if you are using insurance, you will set up an account on Headway. if you have a co-pay, you will be charged from Headway.
if you privately paying, we have a variety of options! PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, etc. I will keep a card number on file.

what is Headway?

Headway is the billing platform I use to help verify your insurance, confirm your estimated cost, and handle billing after sessions.  you’ll get an email invite to enter insurance and payment info and acknowledge standard forms.

before each session, you’ll receive reminders with the date/time and an estimated cost. after sessions, your card on file is charged (based on your benefits) and you’ll receive an invoice by email.

what are your rates?

I accept a variety of insurances. if you are not using insurance, my private pay fee for an individual (one person) therapy session is $150. the cost for either a family therapy or parent coaching session is $175.

what is your cancellation policy?

I require at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel appointments. if you notify me less than 24 hours before the appointment, you are required to pay a cancellation or no-show fee of $100.

I only offer telehealth sessions at this time.

what are your business hours?

I typically work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 9AM-7PM, and Wednesdays 9AM-4:30PM. if you reach out Friday-Sunday, those days are not considered business hours, and I won’t respond to your inquiry until the next business day.

omg, I have been waiting for this question! thank you for asking!!!

connecting with nature has been central to my own healing. I realized the wild world doesn’t apologize for adapting or shame itself for surviving harsh conditions. it grows toward light when it can and roots down when it must.

just like all living beings, we are shaped by our environments. our nervous systems adapt and our coping mechanisms develop for very real reasons.

Wild Living Therapy is rooted in the belief that your adaptations are not accidents. they are intelligent responses to your surroundings. your body, your emotions, and your defenses all make sense. you don’t have to become more “acceptable” to heal.

healing is not about becoming less wild or denying your instincts. it’s about understanding how you were shaped, honoring what kept you alive, and learning how to harness your wildness.  healing is about coming home to yourself, to your body, and to your place in this wild, living world.
